Rates and Insurance

Rates
$105 per 45-minute individual session

$110 per 55-minute joint/couples/family therapy session

$130 per 70-minute individual session

$145 per 60 minutes Intake session

$45 per 60 minutes group therapy session

Fee for service or self pay option ensures complete confidentiality and privacy, free of the restrictions of health insurance and managed care companies. Therefore you are empowered to decide your own goals, choice of treatment modality and the time you need for support and assistance.

Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.

I am a contracted provider with Anthem/BCBS, NH Medicaid, TriCare and Compsych. I also accept payment from other insurance companies that offer PPO, Indemnity or other plans with out-of-network coverage.  Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

1. Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
   

2. What is my deductible and has it been met?
   

3. How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
   

4. What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
   

5. Is approval or referral required from my primary care physician?
   

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.

Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
